Aero Asia International was a Pakistani airline based in Karachi, operating from 1993 to 2007. Founded by the Tabani Group, it provided passenger and cargo services on domestic and international routes, including destinations in the Persian Gulf (e.g., Dubai, Sharjah), Central Asia (e.g., Tashkent, Almaty), and select European cities (e.g., London). Positioned as a low-cost carrier, it operated BAC 1-11, Boeing 707, Boeing 737-200, and Yakovlev Yak-42D aircraft. Acquired by the British Regal Group in 2006, it faced financial and managerial challenges. In May 2007, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority suspended its operations due to safety and passenger service violations. The airline ceased operations on May 19, 2007.
