South African Airways is the flag carrier of South Africa. Founded in 1934, the airline is headquartered in Airways Park at O. R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. The airline restarted operations on 23 September 2021. On 31 October 2023, airline resumed services to São Paulo in Brazil. South African Airways also resumed flights to Perth in April 2024 by Airbus A340-300.
