Project News 2.0
It's been exactly a year since the very first Aviaposter project news issue, and to mark this milestone, I've decided to change the format going forward. A newspaper-style format, in a way, eats up an unjustified amount of time and effort while also demanding a regular publishing schedule. But drawing new posters and models never stops, and neither do all those "ritual dances with a tambourine" around social media promotion and website work. So I had to make some changes on this front.
I'm not planning to give up on publishing news — I'm simply reorganizing it in a different style. From now on, news will come out as it happens, as separate articles. This will finally give us a proper news archive, so search engine crawlers stop "scolding" me for the frequent disappearance of text and images they've already indexed. This past year's issues won't be moved into the archive, but maybe I'll come up with something and republish the most interesting material.
Either way, the news section has already started to transform, and we've got plenty to talk about.
